Vinyl Banner Printing

What People Are Saying About Us!

How large can we print vinyl banners?

Our largest single panel banner is sixteen feet wide. We can weld full-color printed panels together for even larger sizes, such as billboards and full-wall banners. Whether you need a small banner for a local event or a massive banner for a building, we can accommodate your needs. We are simply the only vinyl banner printing company that you’ll need.

Material Weights

The standard vinyl banner printing material that we use is 13 ounce vinyl. When it comes to banner weight, it’s important to consider the ounce measurement, which refers to the weight of one square yard of material. Typically, we choose the banner’s material weight based on its intended use.. We most commonly print two weights of vinyl banner material:

  • 13 oz banner material – Ideal for all general vinyl banner purposes. This material is economical and has a wide use range for most applications.

  • 18 oz banner material (blockout) is the most durable option we offer. It’s perfect for business owners looking for rugged banner material. Because this material is completely opaque, people often refer to it as blockout.. Here is the standard material weight for light post banner kits.

Vinyl Banner Finishing Options

Finishing Options for Vinyl Banners

We have the options. Understanding that there is no single way to install a vinyl banner, we have the finishing options that will easily match your requirements. From pole pocket to reinforced edges, wind slits and webbing, look over the following banner finishing options below.

We offer a professional finish for our vinyl banners with hem and grommet. We will hem the edges of the banner and add metal grommets approximately every 24″, as per our standard procedure. We don’t charge anything for standard finishing.

Additional Banner Finishing Options:

Choose between 2″, 3′, or 4″ pole pockets for your banner. You can suspend banners from the ceiling by inserting a pole or pipe into the pole pockets.

This is for extra edge durability. We recommend this upgrade for stressful banner installation areas.

Adding “D-Rings” in addition to your webbing will add a high strength metal “D” ring to suspend your banner using anything.

We add extra stitching to the four corners of your banners. This will increase the odds of survival in high tension situations.

Wind Slits are half-circle cuts which allow massive amounts of wind to blow through the banner. We use wind slits for high-risk banner installation areas in the windy city.

We can add velcro to the back of your banner for installation onto unusual surfaces such as windows and walls where you can’t drill screws.

People order rope sewn into the edges of their banners when they have to suspend it between two locations, such as between two trees or between two pillars.

We can print any of our banner materials double-sided. Let us know if you want your banner printed on both sides!

Tips for Designing Effective Vinyl Banners

  1. Keep it Simple: Use concise messaging and avoid clutter. A clear and direct message is more impactful. Less is more because normally people are going to take in your message at a quick glance. Don’t worry about adding paragraphs of information to your banner.
  2. High-Contrast Colors: Ensure your text stands out from the background. High-contrast colors improve readability and create the visual attraction to draw viewers attention.
  3. Readability: Use large fonts that are easy to read from a distance. Avoid overly decorative fonts that may be hard to read. Again, less is more.
  4. Include a Call to Action: Encourage viewers to take action with clear instructions. A strong call to action drives engagement.
  5. Branding: Incorporate your logo and brand colors. Consistent branding reinforces brand recognition.
